Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable substances

Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refund Situations
Partial refunds may be issued if:

Sealed software, DVDs, games, or other media have been opened

Missing or Delayed Refunds

Sale Items & Exchanges

Sale items: non-refundable

Gift Returns

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt

If not marked as a gift, any refund is sent to the original purchaser
Shipping Returns
