Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable/exempt items include:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

    • Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable substances

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain personal care items

Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refund Situations

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use

  • Sealed software, DVDs, games, or other media have been opened

  • The product is damaged or missing parts (unrelated to our error)

  • Returned more than 3 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of its arrival

  • We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or denied

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within several business days


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your card issuer—it may take time to post

  3. Reach out to your bank if needed

Sale Items & Exchanges


Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt

  • If not marked as a gift, any refund is sent to the original purchaser


Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs; these are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted

  • Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for higher-value returns—shipping risk is non-guaranteed
